Safety Monitor

The Safety Monitor Panel is accessible from Gear tab.

Click on the Safety Monitor button to open/close Safety Monitor Panel from where is possible to use ASCOM compatible Safety Monitoring devices.

When there is active connection there will be asterisk in the Safety Monitor button name in Gear Tab. Note that closing the panel window does not disconnect the device. You can open and close the panel as many times as you need in order to keep the interface clean without worrying about the connection to the device.

When there is connection to a device that can evaluates what is the danger to keep imaging, in a case of not safe event, Session Craft can trigger a special imaging plan to finish the session in order to keep your setup safe - including parking the scope, closing dome/roof, taking care for the camera, guiding and etc via Script Commands, If there is a "not safe" event, the trigger is with top priority and will override all the other triggers set in Session Craft. If there is such trigger any other SessionCraft activity will be disabled till Reset button is clicked or the option "No Stopping Trigger" is checked before the event.
